Depending on your plan date we can either use the data directly from you current AAP, or send us the data for the reporting period and we'll generate the reports needed to complete the filings for you. AA/EEO Training

Affirmative Action Planning and Employee Relations training is designed specifically for use on a corporate level, by individual location or both.  Both training programs are targeted towards Executive Management, SR/Mid Management and Entry Management and will explain AA/EEO responsibilities and key compliance related information.

ERMA Tracker© Training

This includes initial and refresher training on all Tracker© installation and use should the Tracker© software be purchased.  This training can take place at the location (recommended) or by conference call.
